Delivery Information

We use a combination of shipping methods. 

All purchases (within Australia) over $100 will receive FREE shipping.  Purchases valued under $100 will be charged a flat rate of $25. 

For International Deliveries, please contact us directly and we will quote you a freight price.

All orders will be processed within 5 business days.  An email will be sent to you once the product has been shipped.  The order should take between 5 – 10 working days in total to get to you. International Customers – please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.

We offer both Australia wide and International delivery.  

Please note that during November and December there may be a slight delay in delivery due to the peak Christmas period.  To ensure any products you wish to purchase for gifts are done as early as possible to ensure a timely arrival.

Special Request Items – Once we know we can order in your special request items we will let you know when we can get it in store.  We will then let you know once we have shipped it to you.

Incorrectly addressed purchases – Incorrectly addressed orders will be returned to our warehouse, upon which we will re-confirm your address details. In the case of providing us with an incorrect address, an additional delivery charge will be billed so it is important that the shipping address provided is correct. Back to top
