VIP Membership

CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP

  1. To become a VIP, the customer must sign and complete this form, and hand it to a staff member in The Cooks Kitchen.
  2. V.I.P Members are entitled to a 10% discount on any full priced product including Cafe purchases in store only. All catalogue items, discounted lines and promotional product will not be eligible to receive this discount. (This includes Scanpan which we only sell at promotional prices.)
  3. Discount will not be given for any item placed on layby.
  4. Discount does not apply to online purchases.
  5. All V.I.P members will be placed on our mailing list.
  6. The V.I.P card may only be used by the person the card has been issued to. Staff at all times may refuse to give discount if the person does not match our records.
  7. The Cooks Kitchen reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without written notice.
  8. Further conditions may be added at any time. We will notify all V.I.P members should this arise.
  9. Should any photos or video be taken in the store while you are in store, you agree that these may be used in any promotional manner that The Cooks Kitchen requires.  If you see a photo or video that has you in it and you would like us to remove the photo, please contact the staff and inform them of where you saw the photo and describe the photo and we will remove it as soon as we are able to.  Where possible we will ask for your express permission before using such photos and or video, but this may not always be possible.
